Additional personal information may be provided for the viewing of other Forum members and Website users at your own discretion, and the administrators of HHE are not responsible for the consequences to yourself of making such information publicly available.
c) Like those of most websites, the administrators of Hand History Exchange keep a running web server log, recording what pages are requested on our site. Our web server logs contain information about what pages are most popular, and how many pages are viewed in a given time period. This information may be used by the administrators for their own purposes, related to the promotion of the site and/or to the provision of advertising related to the interests of users. The HHE administrators assure Forum and Website users that any information provided to outside (third party) individuals or companies will not incorporate individual users' personal data.
d) During the course of the administration of the HHE Website and Forums, information stored associated with visitor IP addresses may be used to diagnose problems with our server and to optimize your browsing experience.
e) Hand History Exchange uses cookies to improve your experience of the HHE Forums. Cookies are widely used on the world wide web, particularly by forum services such as vBulletin. They are small amounts of information that are stored on the user's computer, and streamline the Forum log-on process in later visits to the Forums. They are used by the administrators of HHE in addition to monitor traffic at the Forums, and such information may at our discretion be used for promotional purposes and to attract potential advertisers. Again, the data regarding individual users' use of the Forums obtained from our use of cookies will not be provided to outside (third party) individuals or companies.
f) Personal information provided directly to the administrators of Hand History Exchange in connection with a hand history transaction or exchange or in order to allow a promotional offer to be fulfilled will be treated in the strictest confidence, and will not be stored on the website servers for longer than is required for the original purpose for which it was provided to be carried out.

h) The poker hand history data provided to the Hand History Exchange will be used in the ways described in the relevant sections of the Website and Forum Terms Of Service. In no circumstances, however, will hand history data supplied to Hand History Exchange in good faith be supplied to third party companies or ventures the intention of which is to compile databases of the play styles of online poker players based on hand history data, nor to the makers and/or development teams of software designed to fulfill the same or similar functions.
i) If you have a concern about any information you might have stored on our site, including but not limited to hand history data uploaded to the HHE Collection and placed in the corresponding Download Forum, e-mail the administrators (admin@hand-histories.com) and your concerns will be addressed. We reserve the right to demote or to remove your Forum membership as a direct consequence of such a request as it relates to the integrity of the HHE Collection.

j) This Privacy Policy covers the Website and Forums operated by the administrators of Hand History Exchange. Links within this site to other websites, including but not limited to promotional and affiliate links, are not covered by this policy.
k) The administrators of Hand History Exchange reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. If substantial changes are made to the way in which Hand History Exchange obtains and uses your personal information, the website will show prominently any announcement to this effect.
