Any application of the information to future real money poker games is entirely at your own risk; we assume no liability for losses incurred through the use or misuse of such data. In addition, we assume no liability for losses incurred at third party websites and forums linked to or otherwise promoted by Hand History Exchange.

Exchange of Hand History Data
Hand History Exchange provides a venue for the arrangement of swap deals between Website users. The administrators of Hand History Exchange may in addition provide temporary storage of hand history data at the centre of such an exchange on its servers in order to facilitate such an exchange. However, we are not able to verify that the data is genuine or is as described by the parties involved in an exchange. We are also not able to ensure that one party will not renege on the exchange deal. Hand History Exchange recommends that parties involved in an exchange communicate by e-mail and take reasonable steps to ensure that the transaction will proceed smoothly prior to any data transfer. Hand History Exchange is not responsible for adverse consequences resulting from the exchange of hand history data by users.
Transactions other than exchanges of online poker hand history data are not permitted to be advertised on the Hand History Exchange system, and will be removed if identified by or reported to the administrators of Hand History Exchange.
